Get started in 2 simple steps !

1. At, click on 'Account' at the top right hand corner.

2. Sign up using your email address.

Fill in your particulars, click 'Sign Up' and you're all set!

Note: This is a brand new platform and as such, all existing customers will need to recreate an account with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to seek your understanding in this matter.

1. Select the products and the quantity you want, and click 'Add to Cart'.

2. After you have selected all the items that you want, click on 'Cart' at the top right hand corner of the page.

3. Here, you may adjust the quantity or remove items if you wish to do so.

4. Once you have checked that the items and quantity are correct, click on 'Checkout'.

portopantry delivers islandwide within mainland Singapore and Sentosa. We do not deliver to offshore islands, Jurong Island, army camps, air and naval bases, Brani Terminals, Changi Airport and Airline Road.


At portopantry, our promise is to deliver high quality products to you as fresh as it can be. We store and package our products in accordance to market standards, following strict regulations like those of AVA requirements.

Your orders are packed on the day of delivery and transported in carefully controlled conditions. For example, meats are delivered in a customized chilled compartment of our delivery van.

We only accept orders made online via at the moment.

As we do not allow cancellations, we appreciate that customers review their order carefully before proceeding to pay.

Please be assured that all our products offered online are Halal-certified.

We provide next-day delivery if you place your order by 3pm!

We deliver from Mondays to Sundays and you can choose from the following time slots (please take note that the cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3pm. Should the order be placed after 3pm, the earliest delivery timing will be the day after):

8am - 10am

10am - 12pm

12pm - 2pm

2pm - 4pm

4pm - 6pm

As each delivery slot has limited capacity, please place your order in advance to guarantee the slot you want.

Kindly note that we do not accept special requests for specific delivery timings.

Customers enjoy FREE delivery with a minimum spend of $120 after discounts and vouchers applied. For orders below $120, we charge a flat fee of $18.

Kindly note that there will also be a $10 delivery surcharge for deliveries to Tuas and Sentosa.

No unfortunately, we do not allow any change in delivery address or time slot after you have placed your order.

Yes, a minimum order of $35 applies for all orders.

2. Key in your registered email address on the left side of the page and click 'Forgot your password?'.

3. Enter your registered email address and you'll receive an email with a password reset link.
